What r the best ways to deal with very senstive teenagers!?

my relative is a very cute %26amp; kind girl but she is very senstive..she lives in another country she wants to see me tommorow..she's very nervous.. when i tell her this is impssible..she told me you r not my friend..%26amp; so on!!!..(she has some troubles)..what can i do?What r the best ways to deal with very senstive teenagers!?
She may be scared or unsure of what she is going through.Be thankful that she is reaching out to you instead of keeping it all inside where it can build up bigger or turning to drugs, booze, or sex as a fix/cover up for it. If a teenager wants to talk, take the time to listen or set up a time that is good for you both. She will be less sensitive when she gets her troubles straightened out so just bear with her and let her know that you will always be there to talk and do your best for her. What r the best ways to deal with very senstive teenagers!?
promice them money
In that neighborhood, crossing borders is harder than a teenager understands, but she will get over it.. ';You are not my friend'; to her is not what it is to an adult. Where she is coming from is an attempt to make you feel guilty so you will change your mind.. When she has a moment to think about it, and how right you are, she will come back arround. There is something about that that I wouldn't trust though.. What you call sensitive, i might be inclined to call antisocial and manipulative. She indeed may be in need of your wisdom and calm advise, but please be careful what she may be hiding. When a teenager is having trouble , it is the end of the world if it is not solved this very minute, so ; good luck, and God bless.
well don't blame yourself..

just tell the truth..

why it is impossible to see tomorrow ?

tell her yes, i'm still your friend even though we're not going to meet each other..

and i'll always be your friend even though you don't think me as your friend..

we can e-mail, chatting using YM with webcam..

i love you sweet heart...
just be her friend or leave her alone. She seems very untrusting
