what are the procedures to relieving from all these problems.


please be frank and no silly answers, if you don't know then read answers only no need to answer this question. because it is very helpful to all the teens.Mainly the teenagers are suffering with many problems like lazziness, sexual desires, depression etc.?
One should develop good habits which gives positive energy to beat stress. Bad habits will drive people into stressed mood. One should know how to avoid them otherwise they will consume your life's happiness. Here is a great help to avoid stress habits.





I believe exercises are of great help to fight depression. Beat depression by filling new thoughts and happiest moments in your life with a self support and motivation. Find tips and methods to fight against depression and live healthy. All we need is a support and positive atmosphere.Mainly the teenagers are suffering with many problems like lazziness, sexual desires, depression etc.?
Unfortunalty teens have been affected most with these hormonal changes and it disturbed them a lot.





At the same time teen have to perform on so many fronts and a lot of expectation from peers , parents and from themselves.





The best remedy for them could be





1.Sports 2. Hobbies 3. Music 4.Dances 5. Reading books etc.





All the fun activities wich are eneregy decipating and gives emmense learning would help.





I know its easy to say then do but any teen does this will help him to counter his own ulat fare .
There are many things which are quite troubling to todays teens, thats true. But the only cure for getting out of these troubling it practicing meditation with full concentration during morning when fresh air is easily available. This increases the flow of oxygen in the blood and also relieves our mind and stops any confusion in our mind.
teenage is the time for hormonal imbalance. you can said it the time of inner tornado. which is because of this hormonal imbalance. gradually these hormones settle down with the time. that's why we see the teens behaving like a crazy or whatever you said.


Now the treatment procedure: first of all is proper guided exercise. we have to take it into consideration that no two person are identical, that is why i mention guided exercise schedule. for example, if any teen is shy, full of complex, love to stay alone, or having a problem of social phobia and so on so fourth we prescribe then rather stimulating type of exercise, vigorating breathing exercises, so that his rate of bmr gone high. and follow the opposite in case of persons who are aggressive, restless etc.


Next is diet guideline.we all know the famous line: as you think so you become.And this thinking is totally depends on what one eat. if one eat junk food, spicy food, carbonated beverage frequently instead of main course of nutritious food then it is quite definite that the impact will be seen on his pattern of thinking and this thinking will change his attitude.


next is peer group. with whom you are mixing. as because we all know that teenage is just like small tree, which steel go to earn his own strength, so it needs a good gardener to take care of. that's why good company, fruitful company is needed.

Inspiration is a desire to live life. To act on our emotions, creativity, ability and beliefs. To take criticism but have the faith in yourself to do it.


You can begin to see that if nothing inspires you or excites you or lights up your life you are really missing something.


What inspires me is the thought that I am more than my body. My limitations are only down to my thoughts. Thus, I want to keep pushing the boundaries to find out what is there. Find out what I can communicate to the world. I am inspired by the fact that through what I do I may enable another person to open their mind. To remove the blinkers and reach their possibilities. It is our imagination that inspires them.
