Im sure if your job offers maternity leave then it doesnt matter what age you are.. but collecting from lets say the parental insuarnce plan, in my case i needed to have made 2000$ in last year and i am eligiable for a maximum length of 50 weeks with 70% of what i made every 2 weeks, a week.Can teenagers collect maternity leave?
I wouldn't think that you can't. As long as you were working full-time and had full-benefits you should be able to still get those benefits no matter your age.
